0.9.2.1, the latest refresh of the branded IBM Web Browser and Netscape 6.1
should all be the same, right?

I ask this because there is a difference in the way NS 6.1 handles the
browser history, classifying it according to how recent the navigation
happened.  I don't see this on the IBM Web Browser.  Is it configurable in
any way or just not there?
