Which codec would you suggest for a VERY small filesize like 24kbps 11kHz file? I'm
currently using the Frauf. professional codec which sounds great a 128kbps, much
better than anything else. But, I question if the quality at 24kbps is as good as
other codecs available for MPEG II Layer III. It seems to me that the Frauf.
professional is designed for 128kbps, not 24! Anyone have any suggestions? BTW- VBR is
unfortunately not an option for this application.
