[MP3 ENCODER] Presets problem and a stupid question.

Hello,

When using "--preset" with voice, fm, tape and hifi, Lame says : 

Warning: highpass filter disabled.  highpass frequency to small

Is it a problem caused by the new filter ?

Now, turning newbie mode on...

Why the transition bands aren't the same ? The resulting files have of
course the same size, but the second mp3 sounds better (sure, of course)
than the first one, without quality loss.
