[MP3 ENCODER] Delay in live steaming

Hi,

we have a problem with our lame->liveice->freeamp setup. When we start the
stream, we have a delay of about 5 sec, which is ok, but it increases with
time. After 20 hours its more like 20 sec. Does anybody know the reason
for this?
