Bascially it comes from buffering at all the different stages - inside liveice there's
at least 1 4096 byte buffer on the output - and then there's the OS's buffering on the
network, the remote server's buffering etc etc..
Getting truly live results over the internet doesnt' happen - the shorter the delay,
the less reliable the stream will be.
