I try to keep things in perspective. Minneapolis as a dirty city does not
compare to the south side of Chicago circa 1955-1975. I believe we are all
bummed to see the trash when the snow melts but by the end of May most of
the trash is gone. Major property repairs will depend upon whether owned or
rented, and if owned, the income of the owner. Unfortunately, it appears the
two biggest offenders will be with us for some time; fast-food wrappers and
cigarette butts.
