We are not comparing Minneapolis to 1955-75 Chicago at this point.  We are
looking at our community right here and now.  Unfortunately May does not bring
much relief from the trash and that is my point.

I also do not believe that trash (fast food and cigarette butts) is here to
stay unless we take the sort of attitude that we cannot do anything about it,
which we can and should.  If we try to keep a positive attitude and perspective
about this issue, we'll be able to take care of the problem at its roots.
