We live across the street from the Matthews Park basketball courts. They
are very busy. They are definately well used. Numerous times during the
year there are problems related to them. Usually nothing life threatening
but more on the nusence catagory (e.g. very loud music). The city police
never respond to the complaints. The park police just about always do. In
fact, last year there were regular noise problems and the park police
increased their patrol of the park to deal more effectively with the
problem.

>harassment from the Park Police, although admittedly to a lesser degree.
