I find this suggestion that after school programs will prevent teen pregnancies 
interesting.
Basically the argument is that teens will prefer playing basketball or some other 
activity more than
having sex.

I would posit that the primary reason teens engage in sexual activity is the same 
reason adults do:
it feels really good! Think about it folks, which would you rather have, an afternoon 
of board games
or an orgasm?

It may seem to be a liberal clich�, but we need to be teaching teens (and some adults) 
safer sex and
equipping them for it. Yes, that means clinics in the schools that can dispense birth 
control.
