Don't forget the joy of discovery, the air of mystery, social status, and teenage
rebellion.  Shakespeare told us about teenage love and sex over 300 years ago, but
I think it is only the French who ever got the message.  Now not only do we have to
contend with residual Puritan values, but the New Puritanism of gender feminism.

We should not just be teaching teens about safer sex, we should be teaching
them about sex itself.  I would support offering the same types of  Human
Sexuality courses we teach to college students in high schools.  I strongly
support dispensing birth control in high school.  In general, I think we should
take a much more pragmatic approach to sexuality (anyone else see
"Skipped Parts"?).
