This will be one of the tests that new faces at city hall
don't necessarily change things. What's the Inspections
Dept. budget? If I remember correctly, it's been chipped
away at over time. Inspections comes out to inspect as a
result of a specific complaint, not as a periodic tour of an
area/neighborhood. While addressing the specific complaint,
they will tag for any other violtions they can see in the
general area. It still doesn't give them access to the
INSIDE of building.
