Can any of the rental property owners on this forum help me understand why not all rental properties in Minneapolis are required to have a license? There is a townhouse within my complex that is a rental and it is not required to be licensed.
Also, can anyone here that is more knowledgeable of the property tax system help me understand why this same unit, listed as non-homestead pays very little more in property taxes compared to other units exactly like it?
