Thanks to Dean Carlson on prompt and precise numbers.

It is my understanding that the most rigid enforcer  of rental screening is
MPHA.  Their standards are highest and most rigidly enforced.  Does Dean or
anyone have a short/long list of what MPHA considers deal breakers for
potential applicants? Crim, collections, UD's, etc.

And a follow up.  If MPHA does have the highest standards,  Why?  Is that
what public funded projects are for?
