I recall reading somewhere, sometime that if you see someone driving around town, blowing through stop signs, running red lights etc, there is a number you can call with the license number, date, time location etc. and a letter will be sent to the owner of that vehicle. Anyone know what number to call - and if it is Minneapolis Police or the state? Please respond to me directly. Thanks.
