I'm sure some would take issue with that, but I think you get the general idea. Seems to me that the rude behaviors folks are citing would be rude perpetrated by ANYONE. The ethnicity of the perpetrator is almost always irrelevant, unless the *perceived* rudeness is a relection of cultural differences or misunderstanding.
