I know this is not really a mpls issue, but I would assume the correction of inaccurracies is always in order. There were no meetings going on while Dee Long was participating in an event (Leaders Golf Outing), that occured before the meeting started. When the TV investigators showed, as a contrast, serious Minn. legislators listening to a talk, they were actually listening to Dee GIVE the talk. Incidently, many Minnesota speakers and leaders had gone to the golf event in the past years, but none of them felt bit advisable to come to DEE's defense. Being the first woman speaker and being from Mpls besides was just too good a target.
