Thanks Terrell and good point.  I understand these are two separate issues
also.  Lilligren did not say to me, that he should not be removed from the
council or chair.  He did say it was Biernat's decision about whether to
resign.  However, when he said the idea of removing him from his chair was
"worth discussing", he also seemed interested in the idea.  It wasn't clear
from my conversation with him yesterday that he opposed that idea.

Actually, I asked Lilligren whether the taxpayers got a good Return on
Investment for his program.  He responded that he didn't have to answer
that since taxpayers didn't pay the bill.
