Or it was just a lucky shot by a crazy woman. I doubt Shotgun Annie was walkin' around Horn Towers...or maybe the woman was an ex-Vietnam Sniper having a flashback...perhaps she honed her shootin' skills in the Girlscouts...or maybe she was a spy with amnesia from a former Soviet Republic out for revenge....   Come on people, can we please NOT demonize this person until we have some facts about the individual. She committed a terrible crime...but we don't know jack about her motives.
