Peter,
Ahem cough, speaking as a member of the GREEN PARTY I can assure you that
I
was out in the streets when Billy Bob Clinton, Daddy Bush or the son of a
Bush were out killing civilians for political gain. Not to mention our
very
own Wally Mondale who, under Carter, continued to arm the the Indonesian
Military with 95% of the weapons used to slaughter 35% of the civilian
population of East Timor. This is one of the many reasons that I left the
so
called DFL.
Where did I get this little nugget of information? Amy Goodman on
Democracy Now and certainly not from the Corporate media outlets. Since I
am
unable to put messages on the list serve I would appreciate if you could
forward it for me.Thank you an advance.
Oh and as an aside, we are starting to try to pressure the St Louis Park
City Council into passing a similiar Anti-War resolution.
