I was at Ward 3, Precinct 6, after 8 p.m. on the evening of February 3. This was while the precinct's ballots for the Don Samuels-Olin Moore Special General Election were being counted. The person who came to the precinct to get the results on behalf of the Olin Moore campaign was Rep. Phyllis Kahn.
