Jon Gorder said: It's never been named anything. We who grew up there just called it Tower hill. It hasn't functioned as a water tower since who knows when. It's kind of waiting for a purpose. A landmark tower on the highest point of land in Minneapolis. Not a bad memorial for a towering liitle man.
