Now we're really in a quandry!
I was about to respond to Jon's post to say that I've been told the highest point in Minneapolis is the water tower hill in Tangletown. I know for a fact that it has an incredible view looking *down* on downtown.
Where is Columbia Park? It doesn't appear on my map. Is it adjacent to the Columba golf course?
Does the city of an official surveyor on its staff who could give us the unquestionable final answer?
