MN: I haven't heard any justification for not registering your bike.
I think Don Greely made excellent points for doing it.
I've got stickers up and down the frame on my bike.
Ten bucks apiece. If I can afford it,  I don't think it's a hardship for Mr. 
Rubberpants on that $1500.00
Mondo Mud Jumper that he rides once a week around Lake Nokomis, or for the Hard Times 
bike club. ( I
always smile when I see their tall bikes.)
