SAM:
I took a look out of curiosity. The site is better
than it used to be, but I would describe it as
serviceable rather than exceptional. Web sites are
like filing systems: one person's organizational
system may make total sense to one person, and totally
befuddles another person. I'm sure if list members
make suggestions. R.T. will be reading and taking
note.

Speaking of R.T: I had to chuckle at yesterday's WCCO
radio interview of R.T. and Sid Hartman.
Sid buttering up R.T. in order to get a Mpls. stadium,
R.T. buttering up Sid because he's a cultural
institution. My cholesterol rose 20 points from all
that butter.

A word about cops: if cops are accused of not seeing
community members as individuals, I suspect we
community members don't always see cops as
individuals. Yes, rogue cops exist. But to learn that
Anne McCandless, a person whom I admire and respect,
is a former cop makes me think twice before labeling.
Her input, as well as Lt. Reinhardt's, is quite
illuminating.

Susan Maricle
who uses the word "cops" under protest because I was
brought up to believe it's a disrespectful word

formerly of Folwell
Bruno, MN

. To learn that she is a former cop

TEMPORARY REMINDER:
1. Don't feed the troll! Ignore obvious flame-bait.
2. If you don't like what's being discussed here, don't complain - change the subject
(Mpls-specific, of course.)
