Let's make this a useful experience ...

Name two specific changes you would like to see on the city web site.

Share links to two web sites (perhaps other city government web sites) that our city should emulate.

The U of M has a new web usability lab. Perhaps the city can create a partnership with them. The mayor and a few city council members should be on the other side of the glass for a couple of hours and simply watch members of the public attempt to complete a set of typical tasks. Only with real political understanding of the sites use and importance will the resources and sense of priority required manifest itself.
