I can't devote much time to this presently. Off the cuff, I would say that I have
more of a
feeling of being 'lost' on the Mpls site, whereas I have a better sense of where I am,
how to get
back where I was, and how to navigate through the St. Paul site.

My experience is simply one person's point of view. Hopefully, there has been some
usability
testing done or planned for the site. It's a very important resource that touches a
huge # of
people.

I was contacted off list by some city IT workers who offered to pass along my ideas or
concerns to
the webmaster. I appreciated that follow-up and will try to respond to their inquiry.
 It is one
of several examples where questions or issues I have discussed on the list have led to
a direct
response from someone working in that area... thank you to everyone that may be
lurking that is
paying attention to issues raised here.

With regard to the comment by Mr. Mork, I would say that in an attempt to be an
authority on every
issue ever posted to the list, he jeopardizes any interest people might have in
reading what he
has to say. Clumsily describing myself (ostensibly) and other list members as
'web-innocent'
isn't going to endear him.
