I looked up the Department of Agriculture on the Web, and here is what they say about reporting safety violations: "The Dairy and Food Inspection Division's Information Desk is available for questions or complaints on dairy, meat and food safety. Call 651-296-1592, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours, you may call 651-296-2627, leave a message and someone will return your call. If you prefer, you may use the form below to register your complaint."
