You can check-out Clancy's in Linden Hills. It is not a restaurant - 
it is a butcher/deli. It is on the site of the former Linden Hills 
Meats, and they specialize in locally produced beef, pork, chicken, 
etc. The products are not specifically organic, but they are from 
farms who practice sustainable agriculture.
I believe that they opened about 6 weeks ago.
