I'm sure there are many, but two that come to mind are Ecopolitan on Lyndale
around Franklin, and French Meadow at 26th & Lyndale.

N.E. Thyme and Anodyne Coffeeshop at 43rd & Nicollet also do. During the
summer season, Anodyne gets its stuff from a community-supported-agriculture
farm run by a guy who lives a block away (though he and his partner run the
farm in Western Wisconsin).
