I am chagrined to admit I have dined at a few of the places (French Meadow, N.E. Thyme, and Chet's Taverna) without knowing they serve locally-raised or sustainably-harvested products. I feel doubly chargined regarding N.E. Thyme considering that Scott Pampuch, the chef at N.E. Thyme, is my neighbor. I guess I need to talk to him!
