Dean Z and the other 4 city council members are reportedly pushing for changes in the mass transit system that would solve the problem of moving people in and out of the Lake Street area without the negative environmental impacts of the 35W access project, changes to Lake Street, and other plans to increase the capacity of major roadways in Minneapolis.
At the very least I would expect these city council persons to *demand* an environmental impact statement for the 35W access project (and other road construction projects), which means opposing the 35W access project and other major road construction projects, and maybe reconsidering their stance after they see an environmental impact study. -Doug Mann, King Field http://educationright.tripod.com - No pop-up ads REMINDERS: 1.
