My question to all you "ban-smoking" or "ban-smoking in restaurants and bar" advocates is who is going to enforce this ban? Did you know business owners are responsible for litter within 100' of their establishment? Ever seen that ordinance enforced? Not in my neighborhood.
Crack and pot are banned too. That hasn't stopped anyone who wants some from getting it and anyone who wants to use it from using it pretty much anywhere they choose. Our licensing inspectors and police don't have time to enforce the bans we already have in place. What good is it going to do to add more to the already neglected pile. Get real!
