Why don't you and some friends open a non-smoking music club? If people are that interested in avoiding smoke then you should do very well. As an alternative, why not consider a boycott? There seem to be many very strongly motivated non-smokers who could help you organize. You could picket local clubs that allow smoking and discourage customers.
