If the problem is at the state level, then we should FIX it at the STATE
level. The DFL just won a bunch of seats in the house cutting the RP
margin from 28 to 2, running on education, economy, and health care -
ondinary people's bread and butter issues. The house might be much more
receptive to helping average citizens in the cities. Better to fight that
fight, than to give in to Pawlenty's blackmail of last term.
