Why just DFLers? There maybe other parties candidates who would like to be
included and who may also stop by to witness the caucuses. Come on - these
are non-partisan races - give everyone some equal footing around here.

Because he specified candidates who are seeking endorsement at the
Precinct Caucuses. And only the DFL party is holding Precinct Caucuses
this year, as far as I know. The other parties are apparently using some
other process to select their endorsed candidates.
