The Southwest Journal just did a story on STOP and its staffing in our
newest issue. Every precinct lost some officers; most lost sergeants.

To be fair to STOP, while they will concentrate in the 4th, they were
involved in making the arrests of the alleged serial robbers in Southwest's
5th Precinct. The administration notes they will go to high profile crime
spots no matter what the precinct.
