MICHELLE RESPONDS:
This country sold our health care out long before the Minneapolis mayors
race. If McLaughlin is using this public health issue for political reasons,
what
is the mayor using his crime fighting agenda in Minneapolis for? Politics are
politics, but never believe that the citizens of Minneapolis are not "BS"
detectors. I am a non-smoker and have been my whole life, so my views would be
different from a smokers, but I am not going to vote based on whether someone
supports a smoking ban. There are a lot of issues that I look for, like a
mayors
ability to work with all people, not just when you are up for reelection, or
when you are trying to get elected.
