This is sheer idiocy, indeed. That strip of concrete and grass on M'haha
Pkwy. in front of the bakery is no park, that's for sure. Talk about an
entirely remote piece of park land that gets no maintenance. Why is it the
little businesses get the most grief from bureaucrats? Because everyone else
is too powerful to dare. Very bad. Just go to your office and shut up.

Sickening.
