To my knowledge, there are two: MCM's MCBC (mostly graphics-oriented), and
Microsoft's BASCOM (mostly text- and file-oriented).
Both are quite good, however they're still not perfect. Neither of them
supports all functions and neither of them creates stand-alone .COM
binaries.
