Haven't got one yet. And many other people don't have one either.

Actually, do all harddisks/interfaces disable the interrupts short enough
to allow music to continue playing?

That wasn't really the issue. It was about loading during an area/scene. By
using compression or more memory, you can include more GFX before you have
to load. So you don't make loading less annoying, you avoid loading.
