  If we keep the TWO ways we can get the advantages of both methods. We have
the creator identify/e-mail in a field, used by users that want to use
alternative packages. But we also have the official database version, which
is used by emulators to decide if the actual official version is outdated or
not.
  If you are using a non-official (made by user) package, the INI contained
on this package should not have an official database version entry. This
way, the emulator may only warn something like "You are not using the
official version of this package. Do you wish to continue?", whithout
checking versions or something. Of course this warning should be disabled
by the user, on emultors' configuration dialog. (^= The emulator may
even place on the title bar something like:

 Penguin Adventure - Non Official Package by: [name of the creator]

  in the case of non-official packages. And...

 Penguin Adventure - Official Package version [number]

  in the case of official version. (^=
