I was replying to a message from Laurens... Laurens claimed that it would be
better to either put everything in a database or everything in the .msx file.
My mail reader inserts the text "you" instead of the name of the person who
wrote the message when replying, that's a bit confusing.

Aha, "package version for all games in a single file" is a thing I did
misunderstand.

I'll have to think about that. Is seems a bit too centralized for my taste,
but there are some advantages to it.
