Not to emulators, but to the real machine itself! :)

I can give you some tips...
At www.adrpage.cjb.net you can find M80/L80 for PC (MSDOS), using 22NICE.
Download it and compile any M80 source just typing "CL80 source". It's very
fast.
At uzix.sf.net, go to UZIX1.0 or UZIX2.0 page, "Download" section, get Hitech-C
compiler for CP/M and the tips for using it under MSDOS or Linux (using CP/M
emulation). It's also very fast (on my P3 500MHz, using Linux, the compiler
runs as if it were running on a 700MHz Z80). Links to the CP/M emulators are
available, and also instructions for installing them. Scripts to compile UZIX C
applications are also available, and you can easily modify them to compile
MSXDOS applications.
And, finally, Hitech sells their C cross-compiler for Z80, but it's a bit
expensive (but's a very nice tool, as you can see by the demo). Take a look at
www.hitech.com.au.

You should take a look at Compass (MSX hosted assembly compiler). It's a very
nice tool. I don't have it, but once I could use it and I can say it's a very
good assembler.
