I developed GEM (a Gameboy Emulator for MSX, http://gem.tni.nl/) using PC and BrMSX MSX emulator. >I particularly need a good Z80 disassembler, Windows >based. You should check out tniASM (http://tniasm.tni.nl/), it's pretty cool. I used it to develop GEM and it's very flexible. (psst, there's a private beta available which compiles 2.5 times faster ^_^) It does not have macro-support (I'm working on a new version that has) but other than that it's verrry nice if I may say so myself. >I've been scouring the net over the last week or two >and I'm really surprised at the lack of good MSX hosted >and cross development tools, given the amount of >interest in the platform. Probably because most MSX users never really use cross development. There's brilliant integrated dev software on MSX itself (like Compass, and before that WB-ASS2). And though there have been several MSX cross assemblers, they're not available on the internet. Greetz, Patriek -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html
