The page on HansO's site has all that information, and it is 8 ICs on the motherboard - M3764A-15 is listed, at IC30/1,2,3,4,5,6,9,10 - and then two 41464s to replace the 41416s (In the instructions, MB81416-12 replaced by MB81464-12). A wire is connected to the DRAM, perhaps because the 16K VRAM board doesn't have the address line you mentioned, though no wiring mods are made to the motherboard since one would assume, the addressing is already in place, just ignored on the MSX1 schematics. Fundamentally, CX5MII motherboards /are/ MSX2s, with the 9938 and 3527 engine.
