I would say that your daughter wants to practice her English (2 is the age they are still practicing to feel comfortable when with others), and not to worry too much. Why don't you try allowing English at some times and insisting on Arabic or Polish at others (meals, bedtime, etc.). Your daughter's stubbornness may be because she wants to have more control. Compromise is usually the best tack to take. Keep answering her in your languages. You will find that dvds in your native languages help reinforce them, as well as visits to your respective countries.
