I don't think having a specific feature in Mutt is necessary or desirable to achieve this. You can easily have mail from multiple accounts delivered to your mailspool using getmail or fetchmail. After you've done so, it's simply a matter of *not* configuring procmail or another MDA to deliver the mail from these separate accounts to separate mail folders on your hard drive.
