That might be broken, as the compose window does not have tabs. We should
fix stal for the composer.
Any suggestion/idea about how to do that?
The "Tabs" function in tabs.js defines several options, and none of
those options will be defined in the compose window because that
function will never get used.
It seems like "Tabs" should itself call some more general "Mutt options"
function that could be called directly from the compose window. <?>
