To get this working you need to create a vlm file that will do what
you want with output streaming mpeg2 via http.  You can test this all
outside of mvpmc.

After the vlm is created, create an mvpmc playlist file that points to
the vlm like this example.  Note the actually internal playlist file
name would be how vlc will see it

vlm://usr/joes.vlm

create another entry to point to your http server

http://ip:port

If you've set your vlm up properly this should stream it.  Don't add
anything special to the vlc command line.

You probably want to add a third playlist entry to stop the server
broadcast via a vlm too.

It's been a long time since I added this so I don't remember vlm
syntax anymore, but I was able to do some cool things like stream from
a webcam and send livetv from an ATI AIW.
