When I create a MLO project I have a list of planned activities inserted via a template; generally this would be something I'd use MS Project for on a larger project. As the project installation proceeds, things come up on a day to day basis, such as "call vendor to coordinate final connections" or "follow up with customer on change order"; items that aren't planned but come up during the course of work; these are the kind of issues I'd use a todo list to track.
I've just been putting these daily todos in the inbox and not attaching to the project. It isn't critical but thought there might be a better way to do it. Hope that's clear.
